Relational therapy can help you heal .
As a relational therapist, I care deeply about working with you to build a relationship that is safe, supportive, and collaborative. In our sessions, I’ll stay attuned to you, notice emotional shifts, and invite you to come into the present moment as we talk about the challenges you’re facing in life. This mindful approach can be helpful if you’re someone who often tends to get “stuck in your head.”
I approach therapy with the understanding that our earliest relational experiences set the stage for how we show up in relationships today - both with ourselves and with others. So with curiosity and compassion, we’ll explore the roots of your current struggles, notice patterns, and work together to find new ways forward.
While my practice is firmly rooted in a relational approach, I also draw from psychodynamic theory, parts/ego state work, and the connection between mind and body. I integrate these approaches to offer a therapy experience that is engaging and transformative.
